New release – Canadian Otter Recce Car 1/56 resin kit

Today the Canadian Otter Recce Car 1/56 resin kit is released. The kit contains PU resin parts to build two versions of the armoured car –

Canadian version with storage box or British version with antenna and sand channels.

The hull and the chassis are pre-assembled as a one-piece part.

1/56 28mm Ford GPA Amphibian Truck Prints

Here is a freshly printed Ford GPA 4x4 amphibian truck. It is in the scale of 1/56 (28mm). After some more work being done on this prototype we will use it to cast resin parts.

A metal US driver from Warlord Game is put into the driver’s seat to provide a size comparison. Note that the left arm of the driver is not fitted. We also tried a Russian woman driver again from WLG and she fits the seat quite nicely. You need to find some resin or metal figures with left arms not extruding too much to fit the figures properly into the cab.

The surf shield is detachable. It can be positioned forward or backward. The wind screen is foldable. We are considering changing the design of the windscreen – to leave just the frame of the windscreen and let players fit clear films to simulate the glass (or Plexiglas) windows. 

In addition, it has the propeller and the rudder as separate parts.

3D-printed Canadian Otter Light Reconnaissance Car

This is a 3D-printed Canadian Otter light reconnaissance car. The scale is 1/56 - 28mm. The vehicle was used by Canadian force, British and Polish troops during WWII.

There are about 20 parts to make this model. This is a test prototype for verifying design, shape and details of the 3D model. We will modify the 3D design with the help of this test model and then make a master for resin casting.

Two versions of the vehicle will be available in a single kit - a British version with sand channels and antenna and a Canadian version with a large storage box.

In the turret I put a metal British tank crew from Warlord Games, as you can see the figure fits the turret very well.

We are releasing three model kits for wargaming.

Here are three new 1/56 (28mm) model kits for French troops players. A Lorriane 37L tractor (No. 5001), a SA mle 1937 47mm anti-tank gun (No.5002) and a vehicle-mounted version of the SA mle 1937 47mm gun.

These three easy-to-assemble kits are cast in high quality resin and will soon be available in our shop.

Prototypes of Lorraine 37L tractor and 37L tank hunter are ready.

Here are photos of prototypes of Lorraine 37L tractor and 37L-based tank hunter.

They are 1/56 scale models.

Exterior details of the prototype of Lorriane 37L can match nicely to that of a real Lorraine tractor, because we had studied hundreds of photos of the real vehicle and some plans.

We are now working on a prototype of Lorriane 38L w/trailer and some other French AFVs.

3D printed French Army 47mm SA mle 1937 anti-tank gun

Here are photos of newly designed French Army 47mm SA37 anti-tank gun (in French: Canon antichar de 47 mm modèle 1937). The printed prototype is in 1/56 (28mm) scale and it will be used to make PU resin casts.

The gun is accompanied by two ammo boxes - an open box and a closed box.
